Shipping policy
Order cut-off: All orders must be placed before 12:00 GMT for processing to begin the same business day.
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping and delivery time: Orders are shipped within 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Important Notes:
- Delivery times may be affected by local customs or public holidays.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Order Process: Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order is in our system and we have started processing it. Our team takes an average of 1 to 3 business days to prepare the order; from there, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation when we have shipped your order. In that same message, you will receive your unique tracking code to track your package.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. Send us an email at info@try-lovynox.com with your order number. If you are unable to reach us in time and your package is already on its way, you can still return it later.
Delayed Orders: If the maximum processing and shipping time has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't worry. Please wait an additional 2 days and use your tracking code to check the status. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, take a photo of the contents and the damage immediately. Send it to info@try-lovynox.com along with your order number so we can find an appropriate solution. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
