Refund policy

Important Information:

  • 90 days to initiate returns.
  • 7 days to process refunds.
  • No restocking fees for returns.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You have the right to return your order within 90 days of receipt. Please ensure that returned items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must not show signs of use.
  • Items must not have been washed.
  • Items must retain their original tags.

You can try on items to decide if they are what you were looking for, but please ensure they remain in their original, unused condition.

Return Process: If your items meet the criteria mentioned above, you can initiate the return process by contacting info@try-lovynox.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps and provide all the necessary information, including the return address.

Please pack your items securely in their original packaging and use a courier service with a tracking number. Make sure to share that tracking code with our team to prevent your return from getting lost.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within the first 8 hours after making your purchase. Send us an email at info@try-lovynox.com with your order number. If more than 8 hours have passed and your package is already on its way, you can still return the item once you receive it.

Delayed Orders: If your order has exceeded the maximum processing and shipping time but still hasn't arrived, don't worry. Please wait an additional 2 days and use your tracking code to check the status. If the package still doesn't show up, contact us with your order number and we'll help you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, take a photo of the items and the damage immediately. Send the photo to info@try-lovynox.com along with your order number so we can resolve the issue. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a package is not accepted or is not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a $25 fee from the refund amount.
